Interload Forwarding, LLC and its sister company, CPT (Carmen Pacheco Transportation, LLC) were founded by Richard Ibarra, Sr. in El Paso Tx. Knowing logistics support and supply chain management from his years of experience and knowledge and from the point of view of what a customer needs, how a logistics provider must provide a value of customer service at a high level on each and every shipment handling. Working for a maquila in Chihuahua, a Japanese manufacturer, and international Japanese logistics provider helped gain and shape the vision Richard wanted to form his company around his concept. The experience gained to build his company around his concept. The experience gained to build his company around his vision and how it should service El Paso, Mexico and sorrounding regions is how Richard founded ILF, LLC. His Mission was to apply the same work ethic and build an infrastructure: to grow a customer base on both sides of the border in the U.S. and Mexico. Fulfilling supply chain needs from a customer's point of view, to help meet the demands of their suppliers is how the vision was set for interload Forwarding, LLC and Carmen Pacheco Transportation, LLC. Focusing on building a platform to apply his expertise and help enable his customers to focus on what they do best in their manufacturing of companies products. This provided a working model to secure a supply chain control from vendor to plant manufacturing along the border.
