Substations IEC prides itself in the capability to provide substation construction from the ground up. We have the experience of building substations in both urban and remote locations throughout many regions of the western United States. Our normal scope of work includes: manholes concrete encased duct banks pad mounted switches transformers power cable terminations Industrial Industrial construction requiring 600v, 5kV and 15kV (or higher) power circuitry is within our scope of expertise, as well as switchboards, motor control centers and associated equipment including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). This also includes work requiring installation of rigid conduit and work in electrically hazardous locations.
