ITI was founded in 1989 by Glen & Lisa Ackerman. The original business plan focused on desktop publishing. In 1992 life long friend C.W. Zublin, Jr. joined ITI as angel investor and Board member. Much has happened since then. ITI has been a successful independent software vendor (ISV); a top ranked value added reseller (VAR), and has been in many technology markets (Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Business Intelligence (BI), Server Based Computing (SBC), etc.). From that initial founding to today, ITI has built a flexible and responsive technology company dedicated to serving our customers. Along the way our open and transparent business practices evolved into a highly unique business model. With the fundamental realization that different customers segments require different types of professional technology services, ITI organized itself according to customer requirements. Today, Small Business Services (SMB) and Corporate Services (CS), supports hundreds and hundreds of customers in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
