Tara Herrick Brown

Tara Herrick Brown, M.S. holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Portland State University (Portland, Oregon), with a focus on health psychology, and has been practicing the healing arts for almost 20 years. She is a holistic health practitioner, an Usui Reiki Master, and certified Resonance Repatterning® practitioner. Natural health and wellness is her passion. In 2004, combining the formal education in health psychology with her alternative healing endeavors, Mrs. Brown established a successful holistic healing practice. Four years later, she launched Intentionally Urban Magazine-a sustainable publication about mindful living. Her résumé includes: natural medicine research (National College of Natural Medicine), certifications in Resonance Repatterning® and Reiki; business consulting; fundraising and marketing (Intentionally Urban Magazine, Oregon College of Oriental Medicine); writing, editing, and publishing; public speaking (holistic healing, ecopsychology), conscious parenting discussion groups; and workshop facilitation. Mrs. Brown now resides in upstate New York with her husband and two young daughters. She offers holistic healing to the capital region and has an office in Delmar.
