Inuvik Commercial Properties Zheh Gwizu’ is a joint venture partnership among Northern Property Real Estate Investment Trust, Gwich’in Development Corporation and Nihtat Gwich'in Council. It was formed to contribute positively to the office and retail resources in the town of Inuvik.
