Founded in the '50s by the Cavaliere del Lavoro Mr. Guido Chiti, IPAC ( Industria Pistoiese Articoli Casalinghi) since four generations produces and sells stainless steel products for kitchen and table. Since its inception, the small and dynamic company of Pistoia is a think tank and can be immediately placed at the center of attention, producing household items as well as the classic bowls, pots and graters, the famous vegetable mill Ideale first historic vegetable mill completely made in Italy. The sensitivity towards recycling and environmental sustainability of the product are not new at IPAC; when there was not still an environmentalist culture, the busy factory in Pistoia strived how to recycle waste triangles that stemmed from the molding of pots and thus arose the famous clothes pegs in stainless steel, also on display at MoMA in New York.
