IPP is a global buyer and seller of distressed, disused/idle process plants and equipment in the chemical, fine/specialty chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, paper, plastic, power generation, oil refining, gas, agrichemical/fertilizer, food and dairy, and mining/mineral refining industries. It buys plants, systems, and complete facilities including real estate and will assume environmental liability for sites under certain circumstances.
