Insurance Placement Solutions was founded in 2000 by Steve Anderson and Mark Fanella. With a combined 17 years of insurance recruiting experience, they knew that service was lacking in the field of staffing. Steve and Mark set out to "raise the bar" for the industry. With a willingness to always "go the extra mile" for their customers, IPS quickly become a leader in the insurance staffing industry. Located in Des Plaines, IL, IPS initially served the Illinois area exclusively. In 2002, IPS branched out across the country and has since realized a triple digit annual growth rate in its first ten years in business. In 2003, IPS began to strengthen its specialty in the Catastrophe Claims market. The company expanded its business with its established insurance customers, and also started working with a broad range of additional insurance carriers across the country. Today, IPS is one of the top providers of Catastrophe Claims Adjusters and remains committed to its vision of becoming "the name to know in insurance staffing.
