Ire-Tex Corporation is a Northwest leader in foam packaging. We use primarily flexible foams in our custom designs to bring you safe, reliable cushioning to get your products from here to there. By designing and manufacturing all of our foam products in our state of the art manufacturing facility we provide an excellent packaging solution for the best value possible. Because we can also vibration test and drop test your packaging design in our ISTA Certified Lab you also receive a level of assurance that is second to none. We utilize cad system designs that go directly to our tool makers. Our tooling is the highest quality but relatively inexpensive. We use special die knife that reduces the tonnage required to punch our foams. This makes for a cleaner cut and very little cavitation. We stock a wide variety of raw materials so that your order is processed quickly. The usual time from design to delivery is less than one week. While you are waiting for a quote from other vendors, we design, test, quote, manufacture, and deliver your product. We set our own standards when it comes to responding to our customer's needs. Small quantities do not bother us. We established our manufacturing processes around short quantities so that we can respond quickly to any size of order. If your requirement is three packaging sets we are happy to process your order. If your order is for 10,000 we are just as happy to take care of your needs.
