I & R Properties, Inc. is a full-service property management company that specializes in residential management, specifically manufactured housing communities and apartment buildings. We have grown extensively since our inception in 1976. From starting out with single family homes, then to apartment buildings and finally to manufactured housing communities; we have developed into a very strong company that can handle just about any situation. Currently we operate manufactured housing communities throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana, and Iowa. We look forward to having you as a member of one of our fine communities.
