Island Conservation Society

ICS makes proposals for the annual conservation programmes to the Board of each Foundation and produces an annual budget. The Alphonse Foundation Board meets and decides on those programmes to be adopted and implemented and agrees a final budget. ICS then implements programmes and produces monthly reports on conservation activities together with a full Annual Report. ICS also provides secretarial services to Alphonse Foundation.
