Island Palm Communities

Island Palm Communities LLC (IPC) is a partnership between developer Lend Lease and the U.S. Army. The partnership represents the Department of Defense's largest military family housing privatization project, and no other matches its complexity and scale. Innovative design and technologies, including the use of photovoltaic systems, will make Island Palm Communities among the largest solar-powered communities in the world. Lend Lease has a 50-year responsibility to IPC to provide asset and property management services with an ongoing capital repair and replacement program. It has been recognized with awards from several international, national and local organizations for its innovative approach to development, design and community building.
