The International School of Phnom Penh

ISPP offers students and families not just a school, but a diverse, active, positive, supportive and engaged learning community. Our Mission Statement reminds us that we strive to 'empower students, in a caring international environment, to achieve their potential by pursuing personal and academic excellence, and to grow as responsible global citizens who celebrate diversity. ' On this site you will find evidence of some of the ways we work together to accomplish that mission. From its inception, ISPP has constantly challenged itself to provide a robust academic and holistic education, achieving accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges in 1998 and IB Diploma Programme authorisation in 2000. Soon after, the school gained additional accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS) and became fully authorised to deliver all three International Baccalaureate (IB) Programmes. As we strive for continuous improvement and development we are justifiably proud that we continue to meet and exceed the standards set by all three of these external accrediting organisations. In addition to this, our teachers are very well qualified, experienced and certified professionals with many holding post-graduate qualifications in education, and all receiving specific IB training related to their areas of expertise. Our commitment and experience is evident, not only by a well-established history of delivering excellent external examination results, but also by our students' ability to gain admission to competitive universities and colleges across the world and the achievements of our alumni in all walks of life. In keeping with our Vision and Mission, we also recognise that academics by themselves are not enough if children are to succeed in the future. As such, we deliver a holistic and inclusive education that seeks to meet the needs of the whole child, nurturing their well-being and fostering a strong sense of community, providing a multitude of after-school activities. With a world-class staff, a supportive Board of Trustees, extensive facilities, an active and incredibly positive Parent Community Organisation, and of course a remarkable student body, ISPP has much to offer families in Phnom Penh. I know this, not only in my professional capacity, but also as a parent of two children attending ISPP, and I am grateful for the holistic educational approach they experience on a day-to-day basis. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, or contact our admissions team that works with prospective students throughout the year. If you are in Phnom Penh, please feel welcome to stop by our admissions office and learn more about what we can offer your family. I encourage you to explore our website and our social media accounts to learn more about ISPP. Children are at the centre of what we do, and if they succeed then we succeed.
