Issta Lines Ltd. is an Israel-based aviation and tourism services company. The Company consists of two core activities: a commercial travel agency and a charter flight provider. The Company provides flights, holiday packages in Israel and abroad, and public domain services, which are directed at tourism from Israel going abroad (outgoing tourism). These are purchased from airline companies, hotel wholesalers, car rental companies, wholesale holiday packages and health and luggage insurance providers. The Company and its subsidiaries provide two core services: leisure tourism and business tourism. The brand Issta includes Issta France-Sarl in France, WST Charters Ltd. in England and Issta Amsterdam Youth & Student Travel Company B.V. in the Netherlands. The brand American Express includes Histour-Altiv Ltd., executed by Histour, which provides business tourism only in a commercial capacity.
