According to information published by the Bratislava Stock Exchange the company's net income reached € 1.358 million in the period under review. Interest income of the company has risen to € 4.879 million in nine months. On adding the exchange rate profit of € 81.7 thousand, the gross income total of Istrokapital SE reached € 4.96 million. On the other hand, interest cost was € 3.406 million and exchange rate loss almost € 197 thousand. In its report for the Bratislava Stock Exchange, the company itself sees its financial situation as positive. They continue to expect good results in the future too. "In the period under review, the financial and economic situation of the issuer as well as of the issuer controlled entities is stable and favourable. The issuer has reached standard positive results and expects positive results and profits in 2009," the company stated. Part of Istrokapital SE group whose official seat is in Cyprus is Poštová banka, jsc, Istrokapitál Slovensko, jsc, Istrokapitál Development, jsc, and ABS Sprinter Limited. In the third quarter of the year the group established a new subsidiary in the Czech Republic - Istrokapital CZ, jsc. The European mother company Istrokapital SE was established as a result of the decision of the shareholders of Istrokapitál, jsc, and Kangima Investment Public Company Ltd at the end of 2006 regarding their fusion and the establishment of Istrokapital SE, a European company. As of 30 June 2009, Weylin Investment LLC was the majority shareholder of Istrokapital SE, its share being 74.35%. The second largest share, 12.45%, was held by the chairman of the Board of Directors of Istrokapital SE, Mario Hoffman. Next in the list are JCG, jsc, Bratislava, with a 9.82% share, Weylin Enterprises Limited with 2.89% and the remaining 0.48% is held by the rest of the shareholders. Project portfolio
