IT Asset Disposal Ltd is a WEEE Compliant IT Asset Management Company. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive came into force in January 2007 to both reduce the amount of WEEE being produced and encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it. The WEEE Directive also aims to improve the environmental performance of businesses that manufacture, supply, use, recycle and recover electrical and electronic equipment. IT Asset Disposal became a limited company in April 2008, based in Port Talbot in South Wales. Our primary focus is the Asset Management of End of life Computer and IT Equipment, collecting obsolete and broken IT equipment to prevent it going to landfill. We work in conjunction with a number of Universities, Colleges and Schools through South Wales and the Midlands. We provide a supported work environment for our staff and also have a disability partnership which provides work placements for anyone with a disability.
