Net makes no warranties or representations as to the availability, content, quality or accuracy of the services, products or information found on the Internet. I.V. Net shall not be held liable due to loss or damage resulting from interruptions of service, delays, computer viruses, spyware, the incomplete or inaccurate delivery, uploading or downloading of files or information and the failure to deliver or deletion of e-mail or other communications. Any liability on the part of I.V. Net, if any, shall be limited to the monthly fee paid to I.V. Net for such services. IVNet is not responsible for any long distance phone calls you may accumulate. It is the responsibility of the customer to be sure they are dialing into a local phone number when connecting to the Internet. Check with your local telephone provider for calling areas that are charged as long distance for your city if you aren't sure. If the number your dialing on the telephone is charged as long distance, it will be long distance Internet as well.
