IZTECH institution

IYTE believes that the future of both industry and the economy in Turkey depends on the capacity to utilize and constantly develop newly implemented technology. With this idea in mind, the Izmir Institute of Technology, Izmir's third state university, and still one of only two such universities in Turkey dedicated to technology, was founded in 1992. The institute has, as its main goal, training and research in a variety of technological faculties via the most advanced means available.
