Jakeala is a natural skin and hair care company. Our products are handcrafted using natural herbs, high quality ingredients, paraben free, phthalate free and never tested on animals. Every ingredient in our product matters to your skin and hair. We ethically source ingredients made in America and from local women around the world. Giving back to others is crucial to us. I'm passionate about every item I create, I pour loads of love and attention to detail into the process. Jakeala was created due to my daughter's sensitive skin issue and constant complaints about her hair. Ever since I smelt lavender flowers in London & Paris and watched the African women making soap in Lagos Nigeria during my stay there, I couldn't resist herbs, spices and scents. Worked as a hair dresser, studied aromatherapy, went in the corporate field only to come back to what I love doing. I enjoy helping women and men regain their confidence by what they use on their skin. We have been featured in Essence Magazine, Mother Earth Living Magazine, GQ Italia, YourTango, PopSugar, NaturallyCurly and much more. And we won best shampoo bar 2015 from NaturallyCurly.
