Jamail & Smith Construction, established in 1982, has been a major contributor to the Texas construction industry for 30 years. Our founder and president, Jim Jamail, has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Gregory Smith, PE, joined the company in 2001 bringing with him 20 years of professional engineering and construction experience. Our firm started out constructing shopping centers and retail facilities. Throughout the 1980s, we performed work for public sector clients in disaster recovery efforts and renovation projects. During the 1990s, we perfected our skills in performing facility renovation and repair as leaders in JOC.
