Founded in 1980 by G. Dan James and Neal R. Luther, James and Luther, Inc. is a general industrial contractor serving clients in the petroleum/petrochemical, mining/metals, material handling, and power generation segments throughout the United States. The company excels in performing capital projects from constructability input during upfront engineering through startup with a reputation for on-time and on-budget execution. James and Luther, Inc. holds contractors licenses in several states including: New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and Louisiana. The company has an excellent safety record with membership in ISNetworld and the American Welding Society. As with safety, our quality assurance/quality control program is pro-active with continuous updates to keep pace with improved technology. Due to the diversity of industries in which James and Luther, Inc. is employed, our safety and quality control programs ensure that specified activities are documented with a document control system and accomplished in accordance with written instructions, procedures, plans and/or drawings. Our management team includes a core group of five executives who each have more than twenty-five years of service with James and Luther, Inc. Our client base remains solid from our 30+ years of service on projects and the same companies continue to request our expertise.
