Jamworks Gourmet Foods started as a small market stall in the late 80’s. In 2001 Jamworks of Glen Aplin opened in the original 1915 Thorndale School building purchased from the local cement works. In... April 2016 Jamworks Gourmet Foods moved into their purpose-built facility where over 120 preserves and condiments are manufacture onsite. Jamworks Gourmet Foods products are made to the highest standard using only the best and freshest Australian produce, sourced locally where possible. We are accredited with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety Standards – Australia (FSANZ) certification, and all products are 100% natural, gluten free, preservative free and free from MSG.
