JA Swaziland instils an entrepreneurial culture into In and Out of School Youth and empowers them with economic and financial literacy while exposing them to the workplace. As a member of JA Worldwide, JA Swaziland's (JAS) volunteer-delivered programs foster entrepreneurship, workforce readiness, and financial literacy. We empower Swaziland's youth aged 16 to 24 years by teaching experiential-based, practical, and marketable skills in business and entrepreneurship thus giving them the confidence, tools, and training to become long-term contributors to Swaziland's growth.
