J. Carroll Weaver, Inc. has served the South Texas area since 1946. The company owns equipment necessary to excavate, compact sub-grade and base, lime and cement stabilization of sub-grade and base, apply asphalt surface treatments, including prime coats, Chip Seals and Hot Mix Overlays. J. Carroll Weaver, Inc. has provided asphalt paving as a sub contractor for various projects, large and small, throughout South Texas. J. Carroll Weaver, Inc. is an associate member of the South Texas AGC. In addition, concrete structures, driveways, and curb and gutter crews supplement the heavy construction crews.
