Jezerinac Geers & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Ronald M. Jezerinac and Richard E. Geers as a professional structural engineering firm. Both our founders had extensive experience in structural engineering, construction practices and cost control prior to launching the firm. And based on this experience and expertise, they set forth to build a professional services company capable of providing responsive, thorough structural engineering solutions that met the needs of clients and the requirements of applicable design codes. Over the course of the last nearly three decades, we have created a collaborative environment where professional engineers and support staff work together for the advancement of our clients' projects. We have developed a methodology that fosters innovation, contains costs and maximizes functionality. This methodology is built upon a foundation of clear, concise communication with the client and all other participating consultants during every phase of design and construction. Clients not only trust our work, they enjoy our process. Over the years we have maintained a steady and stable growth pattern. Today, we have eight company principals, along with a staff of project engineers, design engineers, draftspersons and administrative personnel. We are registered in 33 states and examples of our work can be seen across the nation, and particularly in our home state of Ohio. Nearly all of our new business comes from either referrals or repeat clients.
