J.L.E. Enterprises

JLE Enterprises Inc was established as a DBA in 1981 by Jim and Lila Enger of Tualatin Oregon. Lila attended Western Oregon College and taught middle school. James attended Oregon State University and had a successful career in the food industry before going full time in the family business. JLE Enterprises was incorporated in 1990. All three of their children worked in the family business learning every aspect of truck washing from the bottom up. In the early days of the company Lila handled all the billings, invoicing and business paperwork and Jim the technical side and finance. Their son washed and helped grow the company while their daughters worked weekends washing trucks or cleaning the office. Their youngest daughter continues to serve on the board and works for JLE Enterprises; she holds a degree from Willamette University in math, computer science. Their oldest daughter while in college at U of O with her husband also worked washing trucks for JLE on weekends and vacation relief. She returned to the company in 2005 and currently works in accounting full time. The company has evolved from a small onsite mobile wash to a national fleet washing entity. James is now serving as Chairman of the Board and Lila is now enjoying her many grandchildren. The company growth has brought on a new President, Mr. John Ayres and a dedicated staff and to insure the success of their company for future family and all their employees. JLE Enterprises Inc also includes JLE Fleet Refinishing, detail and sandblast. With the number of employees at well over 100, JLE has become one of the largest Truck Washing establishments in the county, serving our customer accounts in several states.
