At Jobylon, we aim to innovate and disrupt the recruitment industry. Too long has this space stayed unchanged and it's in desperate need of innovation. Jobylon offers several different products, amongst these are a social career site for the Nordic markets, various Facebook recruiting solutions and most recently a platform which crowd sources recruitment through finder's fees (the one you're currently at). Jobylon was founded during the end of 2010 and launched it's first product in 2011. Since then, we have managed to bring onboard nearly 100 clients in the Nordic region and we're now looking to expand to a more global territory. We're a small team of extremely hard working Jobylonians with BIG ambitions. Having fun, struggling with challenges and constantly learning new things is just a small part of a normal day.
