Anthony L. Jordan Health

Anthony Jordan Health Center is a federally qualified health center serving 30,000 patients in the greater Rochester, NY, area. It is the largest non-hospital primary care health center in the region, and provides services for adult, pediatric, adolescent and family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, dentistry, HIV/AIDS prevention and primary care, podiatry, optometry, behavioral health, supplemental nutrition for women, infants, and children (WIC), and Hepatitis C treatment.
