JoyMechanix had developed its first 3D motion cable system for studios in 2014 and presented it on the IBC show. This Studio System has found its successful application globally, from Mexico to Australia, including well-known national TV studios and projects. In 2015 JoyMechanix had started serial production of the largest (the diagonal is up to 600m) and fastest (16 m/sec) 3D motion cable systems in the world for major outdoor events, cine, and industrial applications. The R&D team has developed several unique solutions, some of which have become industry standards. The winches of the studio system have a very compact and lightweight design which allows them to be mounted on trusses, or on/under the ceiling. Consequently, there is a less occupied area on the studio floor, and personnel safety is improved. Engineering development and high-precision calculations made it possible to create an entirely new gimbal suspension dolly system, therefore, reducing the gimbal size by two times. Later, this solution has been successfully used by other manufacturers in the field. JoyMechanix has made it possible to independently operate any of the JM systems in remote parts of the world by the local teams of engineers. We also offer a specially designed distance online training course that allows specialists to get trained in just two weeks. Another innovation in the industry from JM is a service contract with Maintenance & Technical support that includes solving any problem under 12 hours.
