Jess-Link Products Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and marketing of computers, communications products, consumer electronics and computer peripherals. The Company offers its products under three categories: data storage devices, such as Internet access (IA) input devices, universal serial bus (USB) devices, portable storage devices, mini memory reader-writers and media servers; wireless transmission devices, such as wireless mouse and keyboards, wireless remote controllers and infrared decoder integrated circuits (ICs), and connectors and cables. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained approximately 42%, 36% and 15% of its total revenue from data storage devices, connectors and cables, as well as wireless transmission devices, respectively.
