Our Board of Directors is young, dynamic and working on a quality and innovation strategy. The management of the company is ensured by an Executive Team, with two main commitments - honour and respect the past and lay the foundations for a renewed, dynamic and innovative organization, in order to better serve the market. J. Pinto Leitão has more than 100 employees in the entire territory of Portugal, in our 10 delegations, that work every day to achieve the expectations of our customers. Training our people is one of our concerns. We provided continuous training in technical and behavioural areas, as well as health and safety at work and environment. Our software is modern and precise, allowing an integrated management of all delegations and sales teams. The logistics has become increasingly important in the company, seeking to achieve a level of excellent service. Our warehouses are strategically located and the delivery service is ensured by our own fleet and subcontractors.
