In past issues of eNews, JPL has spotlighted customers who have been with us at least nine years with branch locations in no less than 13 states. In this eNews edition, we have taken a different path and are spotlighting a new customer with only one location. We would like to introduce you to American Services Group (ASG) who is based in Winchester, Virginia. We need to say upfront that JPL did not do one of our famous "razzle-dazzles" to win American Services Group's valued business. The fact is, ASG's prior flex duct vendor chose to bow out of the business and recommended JPL as ASG's best choice. Humbly we thank ASG's prior flex supplier for giving us the opportunity to do business with a great company. Faisal Hallaj started ASG in 2001 and remains an active owner in the company. ASG is engaged in the distribution of air distribution products and the fabrication of sheet metal ducts and customized packaging and deliveries. ASG markets primarily in Virginia and Maryland and is fortunate to have a diverse customer base involved in single-family, multi-family and light commercial construction. ASG takes pride in its success and growth and has two meaningful slogans that it lives by and adheres to: Our business is your business. We succeed only when our customers succeed. JPL's Knoxville, Tennessee, manufacturing facility supplies American Services Group a quality flex duct on JIT basis. ASG purchases full truckloads of JPL's series PR in R8 and R6 R-Values packaged in poly-bags and MNI non-insulated. In a very short period, ASG has been instrumental in significantly growing JPL's market share in the Northern Virginia, DC, and northern Maryland markets. For those of you that may be wondering, we did send a thank-you note and a dozen red roses to the flex duct company that introduced us to American Services Group.
