JUGEM is a free blog service that offers flexibility and an easy-to-use interface. The service was launched by paperboy&co. on February 13, 2004. We strive to ensure that our users enjoy presenting a creative blog and our service features include increased protection against spam, a wide range of template tags and artist collaborations. Under the concept PostCommunication, promoting communication through blogging, JUGEM strives to develop features that transform the blog from an information transmission tool to a true communication tool.
