JV North

JV North is a not for profit company limited by guarantee with the seven founding housing associations as shareholders. They are Eastlands Homes, Helena Partnerships, New Charter Housing Trust, Trafford Housing Trust, Weaver Vale Housing Trust and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (Parkway Green and Willow Park Housing Trust formed a group structure). In 2011, Liverpool Mutual Homes became members and Community Gateway Association joined the consortium in January 2014 as the geographical reach of JV North expanded further across the North West into Preston. JV North's membership branched outside the North West for the first time when Nottingham-based Gedling Homes joined in May 2014. JV North has a strong track record delivering homes under the HCA Affordable Homes Programme. In 2011/15, the consortium successfully bid for £22.3 million from the HCA's 2011/15 Affordable Homes Programme and members invested £84 million to deliver 1,075 new, high quality, sustainable homes to meet residents' needs. A further 539 homes were built under the Affordable Homes Guarantee Programme. In July 2014, we received the second largest allocation of funding outside of London when we were allocated £34.8m for the 2015/18 Affordable Homes Programme that will see members build nearly 2,000 homes residents will be proud to call home.
