Kavi Gupta Gallery

Kavi Gupta is a leading contemporary art gallery based in Chicago. Its two permanent gallery locations host more than a dozen museum quality exhibitions each year; its publishing imprint, Kavi Gupta Editions, produces unique, high quality artist books and catalogues; and the gallery participates in many of the most influential global art fairs each year, including Art Basel Hong Kong, Frieze New York, Frieze London, the New York Armory Fair, EXPO CHICAGO, and Art Basel Miami Beach. Kavi Gupta operates from two buildings in the West Loop. The first, on West Washington, hosts the gallery and publishing operation. The second building, just a short walk away on Elizabeth Street, is a two-story, brick, refurbished industrial building capable of hosting two simultaneous, museum-quality exhibitions. The gallery also operates a warehouse and production facility in the nearby Pilsen neighborhood. Artists represented by the renowned gallery include Firelei Báez, Inka Essenhigh, Beverly Fishman, Glenn Kaino, Manish Nai, Angel Otero, Roxy Paine, Devan Shimoyama, Tony Tasset and Mickalene Thomas, among others. Kavi Gupta is proud to be a three-time recipient of the prestigious International Association of Art Critics (AICA-USA) Award.
