W. A. Kendall & Co., Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Seelbach and Co., are a family owned and operated businesses headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA. Our company traces its roots to 1960 when Ed Seelbach founded a tree trimming company bearing his last name and began selling "Christmas Bushes" and mistletoe to holiday shoppers. In 1970 Warren Kendall established W. A. Kendall & Co., Inc. and got his start acquiring and clearing pipeline right of way in Georgia. In 1980 Mr. Kendall bought Seelbach and Co. Buying out his Father-in-Law, Ed Seelbach, and combined the two companies. This combination joined the expertise and experience of the two companies into one full service vegetation management company. Since that time W. A. Kendall & Co., Inc. has grown each year. We now offer professional vegetation management services to utility companies across the south and central United States. Our business has expanded by following a simple credo: "to do our best to satisfy each of our customers and to give each customer, large or small, the highest level of customer service we know. This simple mission has led to W. A. Kendall & Co., Inc. expanding its territory one satisfied customer at a time. As we work through our fifth decade and our third generation we will continue to endeavor to exceed our customer's expectations.
