Andrew Kennedy has over 17 years property experience including six years as a Director at DTZ and with niche retail firm Eric Young & Co. Since inception, Kennedy & Co has completed a number of acquisitions for leading international retailers such as Tesco and Deichmann, has advised Gleniffer on the deal that has delivered the first new build store in Scotland for Waitrose at Greenlaw Village in Newton Mearns and is advising institutional landlords such as AXA, Aegon, Aviva, Legal and General and Prudential on over 1 million sq ft of property assets.
