KHCF-USA is a non-profit organization qualified as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, all contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. KHCF-USA assures that all charitable donations it receives are used to support the charitable works of KHCC. Under strict requirements of the United States tax laws, KHCF-USA has an ongoing obligation to ensure that funds are being used for charitable purposes only.
