Over the past years our business has strengthened and diversified evolving into a building company that takes great pride in constructing quality buildings in a range of sectors. We are known for our high standard of finish and our ability to complete projects to a high degree of client satisfaction. Currently we operate from both the North & South Islands of New Zealand, whilst still maintaining a focus on the rebuild works required in Christchurch and surrounding areas. Kingston is committed to establishing and investing in long term relationships with clients, staff, communities, suppliers and subcontractors in the absolute belief that this approach creates the greatest value for all. The many long term relationships we enjoy with some of the local councils, government branches and private sector organisations are a testament to the success of our approach. We have the capacity and capability to undertake any type of construction works required. Kingston currently employs over 15 staff which consists of Directors, Estimators, Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Supervisors, Accountants and other support staff. Our office staff are complemented by our on-site workers that include Site Supervisors, Site Safety Officers, Carpenters and Labourers. Where possible we look to establish early involvement in projects through the feasibility, design and documentation phases. At Kingston we believe that this can provide desired outcomes for clients with greater certainty and also produce significant cost & time savings.
