My Coach was very compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable; she provided many helpful tips for dealing with my situation. I love that I can reach my Coach any time. It makes me feel like I always have sometime to turn to. She explains things really well and makes me feel more in control of the situation with my mom which can often feel very out of control. When I arrived at my first Group Learning session, I immediately felt like I had a built in tribe. It made me feel like I was not alone. There is something to be said for being surrounded by other people who understand how I feel. Kinto is offered through large employers to reduce caregiver stress and absenteeism, health systems and insurance plans to improve care and safety, and pharmaceutical companies to engage with caregivers of people with serious chronic conditions.
