Kiolbassa Provision

Kiolbassa was founded in 1949, when Rufus and Juanita Kiolbassa opened a small meatpacking company named Kiolbassa Provision Company in San Antonio, Texas. Kiolbassa will produce nearly 12 million pounds of sausage this year, and is made with choice beef and pork, fresh spices, and is naturally smoked. It is has no fillers, no MSG and is gluten free. Kiolbassa can be purchased in HEB, Central Market, Costco, Publix and Sam's Club stores.
