The Kita-Nippon Bank

The Kita-Nippon Bank, Ltd. (the Bank) is a Japan-based regional bank based in Iwate Prefecture. Along with its subsidiaries, the Bank operates in two business segments. The Banking segment offers financial services, such as deposit and loan services, commodities trading, securities investment, domestic and foreign exchange transactions, bond fiduciary and registration services, and others. Through one of its subsidiaries, this segment is also involved in the banking-related clerical work, as well as the provision of staffing services. The Others segment, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the provision of calculation services and the development and sale of computer software, as well as the credit card, credit guarantee, leasing and other financial businesses, among others.
