KKB Engineering Berhad

KKB Engineering Berhad (KKB) is a Malaysia-based company engaged in steel fabrication, civil construction, hot dip galvanizing, and the manufacture of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders. The Company is organized into two business segments. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacturing of LPG cylinders, cylindrical steel drums, steel pipes and related products. The Engineering and Construction segment is engaged in civil engineering works and construction, steel fabrication and hot dip galvanizing. Its major subsidiaries include KKB Universal Roofing (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacturing of unplasticised poly vinyl chloride (uPVC) roofing sheets and pipes and other related products;, and KKB Marketing (S) Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the trading of uPVC roofing sheets and pipes and other related products. In May 2008, the Company acquired the remaining 10% interest in KKB Industries (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd.
