Since 1979 those of us at K.L. Jack & Co. have committed ourselves to stocking only the highest quality heat-treated industrial fasteners, almost universally sourced from North American manufacturers. Medium-carbon, heat treated in a carbon controlled atmosphere, 1/4 in. to 11/2 in., inclusive, with minimum tensile strength of 120,000 psi in diameters through 1 in. and 105,000 psi for diameters over 1 in. through 1 1/2 in. For the builder, the mechanic or the manufacturer the best advertisement for their business will always be the quality of materials and workmanship in their product, be it a new building, a repair well done or a machine they have built. For us, the very best advertisement will always be our customers knowledge that a heat treated Grade 5, Grade 8 or Structural Steel bolt sourced from K.L. Jack & Co. comes from not very far away at all, and it was sold by a company that cares about product quality. We would like our customers to know that we are committed to their safety by supplying the highest quality fasteners possible and that we will not compromise that principal just to maximize a profit.
