KME ARCHITECTS LLC, was established in 2009 during a time when many firms were closing their doors or downsizing. Since then however, we have obtained our DBE and MBE status, secured Federal Government work (Nellis AFB), were nominated as best new small firm by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, selected to lead the Master Planning Design for the Historic Westside School and Variety Early Learning Center, and opened a satellite office in Guam USA. KME is a diversified firm located in the heart of Las Vegas and embraces all aspects of sustainable design. Our proven capabilities in a wide range of architectural services, has enabled our firm to successfully design within a broad scope of building types and obtain a level of success that few small firms have achieved. KME's mission is to respond to the needs of our clients by providing eco-friendly ideas and aesthetically pleasing facilities that are tailored for the end user. We have extensive experience in educational facilities which included the design of offices, classrooms and labs within the facility. The end result was successful spaces that students, teachers and administrators are able to use effectively and efficiently use. We understand that today's economy is challenging for all of our clients and we are able to respond with product services that allow for projects to move forward by implementing our Building Information Model (BIM). In order to accommodate several projects simultaneously, we use the BIM System which allows multiple projects to be managed efficiently and effectively. All of KME's work on the active projects is currently being performed by existing in-house staff. Each person on the management team has complete responsibility and authority to provide the necessary manpower to produce the highest design and technical excellence in order to facilitate all schedules. We have established a reputation for maintaining honest and meaningful relationships with our other clients. These relationships allow for open and honest conversation about real needs and real situations. Our clients have come to understand that our customer relationship with them is as important to the process as the final design we produce. It is because of these reasons that we have a number of repeat clients. Our firm has been chosen to be the lead designers on projects such as McDonalds USA $5 Billion rebranding, F Street reopening monument, Clark County School District peer reviews, Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority modernization, Clark County Detention Center modernization, Clark County Government Center remodel and the Rainbow Dreams Academy Campus plan. While these are only a sample of the projects we have lead, they all represent clients who have called on us for repeat business.
