Knowledge Architecture

Knowledge Architecture is committed to creating and sharing industry intranet and knowledge management best practices. Almost all of our best practices are co-created with our clients. We then share these best practices with our wider client base to help them improve their intranet programs. To accomplish these goals we currently offer our clients four Synthesis Workshops each year, bi-annual Intranet Improvement Projects, monthly Office Hours, and an online community. The Synthesis community, called KA Advance, provides daily opportunities to learn from and with other Synthesis clients and the Knowledge Architecture team. We further our commitment to community by running an annual conference focused on knowledge management for the AEC industry called KA Connect. Over the past seven years, hundreds of outside experts and industry practitioners have shared big ideas, best practices, and case studies on the topic of knowledge management.
