Kohberg Bakery Group A/S was founded by Alfred Kohberg in 1969. The company was taken over by Preben and Inga Fogtmann in 1989 and it is now owned by the second generation of the Fogtmann family. e have built up wide-ranging expertise in product and concept development in close collaboration with our customers and partners - with results we are very proud of. All raw ingredients are grown naturally with environmentally friendly methods to ensure that our products are free of straw shorteners and filtration agents. e work every day to improve the environment - and you can taste it!
