Komoto Pharmacy is a locally-owned community pharmacy located in Delano, California. We have been serving the community for over 28 years with a commitment to providing our customers with superior service, a wide product selection, and professional experts to help manage their health. Our trained staff will special-order hard to find items, provide product demonstrations, and is available for consultation to ensure that our patients understand their medication and therapy. Komoto Pharmacy first opened its doors in 1981 as a small corner drug store. Shortly after opening, we started making suspensions from tablets at the request of a children's hospital in need of heart medications for infants. It was this focus on customer care and community involvement that helped Komoto Pharmacy gain recognition and grow into one of the largest community pharmacies in the state. Komoto Pharmacy has since formed specialty branches of business such as Komoto Custom Care Pharmacy, which makes special formulations at the request of physicians and veterinarians. In order to meet the challenges of a growing business, Komoto Pharmacy became the first community pharmacy in California to install robotic technology to improve the accuracy and efficiency of prescription dispensing. Today, Komoto Pharmacy continues to focus on the needs of its patients. We have developed diabetes and asthma therapy management programs and broadened our product lines and services to include immunizations and home medical equipment. Komoto Healthcare is our parent company which includes Komoto Pharmacy, Komoto Medical Pharmacy, Komoto Custom Care Pharmacy, and various other specialty pharmacies throughout Central California.
