We are a firm of Chartered Accountants, based out of Cochin, India. We service a largely corporate clientele, assisting them in setting up business and dealing with their statutory, internal & due diligence audits. We also provide Companies Act related secretarial services as well as Tax Planning, Statutory Filing & related work. The firm was set up in March, 1993, when the late Mr. M. V. Korah and his son Mr. George Korah entered into a formal partnership. Mr. M.V. Korah brought to the firm, a wealth of over 40 years experience, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the 1950s. He spent a large part of his career in Industry, holding senior posts like Head of Finance & Accounts at one the oldest & largest Steel Plants in India, which is now part of the Steel Authority of India (SAIL). Mr. Korah passed away in 2003, leaving behind a rich legacy of core values, which the Firm continues to follow. As part of the firm's commitment to provide top of the line professional advice to its clients, the partners & the audit staff constantly undergo training , both internal and those conducted by professional bodies. Korah & Korah has arrangements with other Chartered Accountancy firms, located in the major cities of India. This helps the firm, in offering services across a larger geographical area.
