The entire IT set-up is done with latest technology and features with futuristic scalability . ven if we grow 10 times we would be able to continue with the same investments made, at the most there will be a marginal increase in the investment to take care of the future Growth. We are connected to 40 Locations all over India which includes Head Office, Corporate Office, Regional Office, Production Plants, Processing Plants, Sales Offices & Warehouses supporting 24 X 7 Operations using MPLS-VPN Network. We have introduced Biometric based Smart Card as Identity Card and Attendance Recording. Every employee is Computer Savvy and well trained hence it improved the efficiency, accuracy and also the work culture. We have used NSPOF setup (No single point of failure) for the 24x7x365 ERP implementation within Krishidhan Group. It includes everything in dual mode like two power supply , two UPS, two IBM servers, two networking equipments which are working continuously, if one fails another takes control over without disturbing user and with load sharing and load balancing technology. We have strong IT teams to support all aspects like Hardware , Network , Software Development , System Administration and Core-Team having strong Domain Expertise in the respected area. We have chosen SAP world best ERP for our Business Operations across entire group. We mapped all the Business processes on to SAP latest version My SAP ECC 6.0 which will be single system for all Business Operations to have common Database, there by utilizing full potential of SAP to great extent. We also implemented HR Processes like Organization Management, Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Time Management, Training, Travel Management and all Payroll related operations. Continuous Improvements to increase the efficiency and take care of changes in business requirements from time to time, we have a system of Review of Operations periodically by visiting the actual end-users to get the feedback, make sure and validate, also further educate the users on the effective usage of the systems, procedures and processes. To match the ever changing needs of the business KSL believes at having an efficient support services. As on date we have SAP which helps us exercise tight control over business and also helps to take timely and efficient decisions.
